Initiate Your Return
Log into your Invogue account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn items with their original tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
